Making an Offer 

With commercial and development we understand your attorney will likely craft your offer.  We are experienced in crafting complex offers as well. We also understand that strategy, timeline of due diligence, understanding the items that must be evaluated or inspected, zoning, infrastructure and other crucial offer components need to be communicated for the best offer. 

With residential we will present comparable sales and market knowledge to guide you. We also understand how important strategy, knowing as much as possible about the seller’s items that are important in an offer, if there are other offers on the table, etc.
